独立作文：话题方面：
People who cannot accept criticism from others will not be successful at working in a group.
考的是金钱类话题有关成功类的题目，题型属于agree or disagree。
如果选择同意，理由有：能接受批评的人会更容易被别人接受，以及能提高团队合作的效率，从而有助于在团队合作中成功。
如果选择不同意，理由有：别人的批评不一定是对的，有的时候要有自己的见解更能使自己被团队接受。其次，有些批评不一定来自于整个团队而是个别成员，如果接受了个别成员的意见而导致不能被其他成员接受也是无法成功的。
