Life of Pi is an American adventure drama film based on a novel of the same name. Life of Pi emerged as a critical and commercial success and it was nominated for three Golden Globe Awards The film had its worldwide premiere as the opening film of the 50th New York Film Festival at both the Walter Reade Theater and Alice Tully Hall in New York City on September 28, 2012.

第二部分描述看电影的时间和地点：

I first watched the movie when I was still studying at High School. At that time, the film had already become famous around the world. I like the film so much that I have watched it for 3 times, but there is always something attracting me each time.

第三部分描述 

The storyline revolves around an Indian man named "Pi", living in Canada and telling a novelist about his life story and how at 16 he survives a shipwreck in which his family dies, and is stranded in the Pacific Ocean on a lifeboat with a Bengal tiger named Richard Parker.

As I mentioned above, the movie attracts me to watch over times for many reasons:

First of all, I am interested in zoology and in the first part of the film, there are so many details about animal life and stories in the zoo.

Secondly, since i major in Art Design, I want to improve my sense in after effect design by watching this film.

Last but not least, I like the actor Suraj Sharma and the way he interacts with the virtual “actor” , the tiger named Richard. I think as young as he is, he is really talented. That’s pretty much of what I want to talk about this topic.
