Q1.Do you think sleeping is a good (or, an efficient) way to relax? 
A1.Yes.According to the result of recent research, long period of sleep, or sleep of 7 hours or more, is actually the only and the most effective way to detox; while taking a nap may help you be more creative at work.

Q2.What do you think are some of the other benefits of sleep? 
A2.Well,sleep plays a vital role in promoting physical health and emotional well-being.This explains why, after a good night's sleep, you feel better, your thoughts are clearer, and your emotions are less fragile. 

Q3.How important do you think sleep is for children? 
A3.It plays a vital role in children's physical and mental growth and development.Insufficient sleep may stunt their bone development and thus, height growth. Also, lack of sleep may affect kids' brain development and this often causes learning disorders. 

Q4.Is there much difference between the sleeping habits of old people and those of young people? 
A4.Yes. Actually there is a big differernce between the old and the young when it comes to sleep. Studies have shown that young people need 8 hours of sleep a day to keep healthy, whereas old people need 7 hours or even less time. Another difference lies in their pattern of sleep. While young people tend to sleep all the 8hours or so at night, old people often nod off during daytime and they have more naps in the afternoon.
