解析：建议说明星和医生。原因是明星拍电影、拍广告很赚钱。医生职业技术要求高，不容易替换。

解析：建议说与之前提到的(明星和医生)对立的工作，如清洁工、建筑工等等。原因是高危、特别累及得不到尊重，所以钱是补偿。
