Finally, frequent job hopping allows you to build a professional and vibrant network. However the bright side doesn’t overshadow it’s dark side. Job-hopping too much would give recruiters an impression of being insecure, aggressive and not pragmatic, which definitely cause a bottleneck in people’s career.

If I were the human resource manager, I would prefer those guys who would like to stay in one job for a long time. I think long-term commitment and steadiness in a position are what would be looking for if I hire an employee. It won’t gain that employee any extra credit showing off his frequent job-hopping record in his resume. On the contrary, it might become a red flag, which would make him stand no chance of getting an offer from the company.

6、Do you think people should work at weekends?
