英语口语表达一直以来都是广大中国高中生的一个“痛处”，口语老卡壳？这些最常用的动词短语你都知道吗？！

1. face up to

承担，勇敢面对

We might as well face up to the fact that we live in a car culture. and it won`t  change overnight.

2. work out

锻炼身体，不要再千篇一律的do exercise了，我们可以用work out来表达。例如：

I used to work out every morning but now l don`t have such time.

3.figure out

 理解；可以用来替换understand

It  took them about one month to figure out how to start the equipment.

4. get rid of

消除，去掉

We should try to get rid of the negative impact of air pollution.

5. stick to

 坚持

Perhaps he should have stuck to writinq（虚拟语气）

6. pay off

 回报

You should believe that all your hard work will pay off one day.

7 take... into account

考虑到，可以用来替换consider

something different.

15.take up

开始（兴趣爱好）；可以替换start
