在大家练习口语表达的过程中，经常把名词的可数与不可数，单数与复数用串掉，从而产生一些令人啼笑皆非的表达。作为要在托福考试里拿下高分的你，这样低级的错误是不允许存在的。换句话说，如果你连这些错误都分不清楚，那一下就暴露了你的真实水平了。
下面就跟着我一起来看看下面这些错误，你有没有中招？以及，如何改正吧。
01 Time
常见的错误表达：Young people have many time to read books.
I don’t have many time.
★ 正确的表达：
Young people have a lot of time to read books.
I don’t have much time.
解析：time作“时间”，是不可数名词，不能与many搭配。
02 Knowledge
常见的错误表达：I have learned many knowledge from this book.
★ 正确的表达：I have acquired a great deal of knowledge from this book.
解析：knowledge 作“知识”，不可数名词，不能与many搭配；同时，不能跟study, learn连用，如想表示“获得”，可与acquire, obtain, gain连用。
03 Food
常见的错误表达：The restaurant provides many food.
There are many food in the fast-food restaurant.
★正确的表达：The restaurant provides a wide range of food.
There are many kinds of food in the fast-food restaurant.
解析：Food作“食物”，不可数，要注意它的修饰词，以及所在句子的谓语动词的格式。
04 Energy
常见的错误表达：The fruit makes me energy.
★ 正确的表达：
The fruit makes me energetic.
解析：Energy是“能量”的意思，但是是名词，想表达“充满能量的”，应当是energetic.
05 Pressure
常见的错误表达：The doctor has a lot of pressures.
★ 正确的表达：
The doctor works under great pressure.
解析：Pressure作“（人所感受到的）压力”，是不可数名词。以及，“有很大压力”的英文表达，并不是中文字面意思的直译，而是under (great) pressure.
06 People
常见的错误表达：My math teacher is a humorous people.
★ 正确的表达：My math teacher is a humorous person.
解析：People是一个集体名词，不能单纯地认为它的中文意思是“人”。如果想表达“一个人”的概念，那应该是a person.
07 Price
常见的错误表达：The price of products online is cheaper.
★ 正确的表达：
The price of products online is lower.
解析：Price 与high, low搭配表示“价格的高或低”，但不能与expensive or cheap搭配。
