Ariel的雅思口语小课堂：Cooking

我们都知道，在雅思考试当中，部分会考到场景提，这部分就经常会涉及到cooking这个话题，所以今天我们就聊一聊cooking,看看这类问题怎么回答。

这个话题需要补充一下cooking的好处，学习的方法，以及一些烹饪的相关词汇。

这道题有没有经验都可以说，但是建议说之前尝试过，这样后面的内容会比较好发展下去，如果有这样的经验的话，一定要注意时态，过去学习的内容用过去式，如果一直在学的话要用现在完成进行时。

(1) Have you ever cooked?

Yes, I have cooked before. Frankly speaking, I learned how to cook when I was a middle school student. At that time, my parents were busy with working, and I had to cook lunch for myself. So I learned some simple dishes.

这道题可以说烹饪的好处，有几个点大家可以参考1，a sense of achievement,成就感;2，creativity创造力;3，family time家庭时光;4，healthy diet健康的饮食

(2) Do you like cooking?

Definitely yes! I love cooking. I think cooking is a very awesome way to relax and also it brings me a great sense of achievement. Whenever I prepared a big meal for my family or friends, they would give me compliments. Also, when I saw the satisfactory from their faces, I would feel that all my efforts were paid off.

这道题不管会不会烹饪都可以说想学，想学的话需要补充为什么，跟谁学，怎么学;不想学的话可以说现在外卖(take-out food)很方便啊，没时间啊之类的内容。

(3) Do you want to learn how to cook?

Yes, of course. I would like to learn how to cook if I had the chance. You know, I learned how to cook mainly by myself, from the books and also online apps. I have never learned cooking professionally or systematically. Since I am a big fan of cooking, I would really like to take some professional cooking classes in the future.

这道题需要注意中国菜的一些难点，比如菜谱中没有精确的数值，需要靠经验，需要自己调整火候等等。

(4) Is it difficult to cook Chinese food for you?

Well, for me, I don’t think it is very difficult. I believe I have the talent for cooking. I am able to cook a dish precisely according to the recipe. One thing may be difficult in Chinese cooking is that I have to control the heat based on my own experience. It takes time to practice.
