在准备雅思听力的时候，大部分的烤鸭们可能会有这样的迷思，听完一整个文章，完全get不到作者说了啥，越往后越抓狂，尤其是到了S3，S4学术类的文章，有种想要放弃，但又不得不继续的感觉。
做听力真的要听懂全部的内容吗？其实并不是，学会抓重点，比听懂整篇文章有效的多。
重点在哪呢？我们一起了解下两类重要的听力词分类。----Content words & Function words。
Content words（实义词）：In linguistics, content words are words that name objects of reality and their qualities.（Wikipedia）.简单说，就是具有实际意义的词，咱们通过以下表格来了解一下：
Function words（功能词）：In linguistics, function words (also called functors) are words that have little lexical meaning or have ambiguous meaning and express grammatical relationships among other words within a sentence, or specify the attitude or mood of the speaker. （Wikipedia）咱们来看以下表格：
大部分功能词其实本身并没有特别的意义，它们的存在主要是为了能使语法结构完整。
通过以上的的介绍，大家应该对两种词的分类，有了基本的了解，也应该能够得出这样的结论：content words的重要性远大于function words,抓住重要的content words,是做题的关键，并且一句话里的重读内容，通常都是content words.
