雅思口语part1 house 和flat 怎么回答

 雅思口语part1 最基础的问题应该如何说?house or flat作为雅思考试中part1最为普遍性的话题，其出现率已经不能用高频来形容了，几乎每位雅思考生都会遇到的题目到底如何回答才更巧妙。

首先不要忘了 雅思口语考试的评分标准1.流利连贯2词汇多样 3语法多样 4 发音

能够流利清晰的表达观点才是重点

尽量根据自己的实际情况回答 注意不要一个语调的机械表达这样考官会觉得考生在背答案

学会使用停顿词，把信息一段一段的告诉考官　　

1.  What kind of housing/ accommodation do you live in?
Opinions：小公寓，市中心，生活方便，步行到达 
Collocations：in the central area of 中心地带
within the walking distance 步行到达的距离
Answers for Reference
I have a very small apartment in the central area of my hometown. Although it is very small, it is convenient. All places including supermarkets, office and also bus station are all within the walking distance.
2. Who do you live with?
Opinions：单独居住，如果人多，房间拥挤
Collocations：live alone独自居住
cramped flat拥挤的公寓
Answers for Reference：
Currently, I live alone because if I live with my parents, that would be very crowded.And my parents don’t want to live in very cramped flat.
3. How long have you lived there?
Opinions：步行上班，节约时间，住郊区通勤时间久
Collocations：walk to the office步行去上班
live in the suburb 住郊区
daily commuting 每天的通勤
Answers for Reference：
I have been living here about three years. As I said before, it is quite convenient.I normally walk to the office and it just takes me 20 minutes every day
It saves time. I don’t want to live in suburb and spend a lot of time in daily commuting
