雅思大作文之报告类作文怎么写?

报告类作文使我们雅思大作文中重要的一个类型。这个类型跟观点类和论述类不同,题目中有两个开放性的问题。那我们怎么解决这个哪? 文章的结构应该怎么安排啊? 两个问题是一样重要吗?该写几段哪?今天我们就通过剑桥7中test 3的大作文官方的范文给同学们来解析一下,看看这类文章我们要怎么写。

题目: As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work, job satisfaction is an important element of individual wellbeing. What factors contribute to job satisfaction? How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers?

Nowadays many adults have full-time jobs and the proportion of their lives spent doing such jobs is very high. So feelings about one's job must reflect how an individual feels about his or her life as a whole, and because of this,job satisfaction is indeed very important for the wellbeing of that person.

Employees get job satisfaction in a number of ways. Firstly, a person needs to feel that they are doing valued work, so positive feedback from superiors is very important in this respect. A sense of fulfillment is also encouraged if a worker feels the job is worth doing because it contributes to the society or the economy as a whole. Secondly, when someone feels they are improving or developing their skills through training opportunities, for example, then there is a sense of progression and purpose that rewards a worker. The sense of belonging to a team or a working community also contributes to job satisfaction because colleagues help each other to enjoy their working lives. Satisfaction is also increased by a sense of responsibility for and loyalty to a team.

Of course, not everyone enjoys their work. Hard economic realities mean that many people have little choice in the kind of job they can get. In some cases,an employee is working in a job that suits neither their skills nor their personality. Some jobs are repetitive and boring, and labour relations maybe poor and lead to resentment and insecurity rather than to job satisfaction.

However, even though it is unlikely that all workers do feel happy in their work, I think it is not unrealistic to promote more job satisfaction in any job. If the factors identified above are implemented, then any job can be improved and more workers can feel greater degrees of job satisfaction.

这篇文章在写的时候开头引出了话题。在第二段中分析了第一个题目,就影响工作满意度的因素进行了分析,比如,成就感,自我提高,归属感等。在这个段落几个点构成了并列。第三段中作者进行了转折,对第二个问题进行了分析。指出因为经济现实让大家都满意不太可能。 在结尾段中,对题目中的两个问题进行了总结。

由此我们可以看出,对于这种报告类,我们可以一段回答一个问题。两个问题其实是同等重要的,不能专门讲解一个,另一个带过,要不然我们在task response 这一项上肯定要失分。
