在口语考试中，你还只会用and,but, because

 逻辑连接词在雅思托福等考试中的重要性就不多说了，特别是对于口语写作这两种输出型单项，能否恰当灵活的运用逻辑连接词作为评分标准之一，直接关乎到同学们的分数。但是很多同学对逻辑连接词的认识就只有and，but两个，或者虽然知道很多连接词却不知道怎么恰当的使用。今天就先带着大家学习下口语考试中常用的逻辑连接词及其用法。

口语连接词

1. 表示并列关系：“和”、“补充”、“增加”等

and; both … and… 二者都

also; as well as 也、连同

not only…but (also)… 不但……而且……

either…or… 要么……要么……、二者选其一

e.g. On weekend evenings, I either watch TV or play computer games.

在周mo的晚上，我不是看电视就是玩电脑游戏。

neither…nor… 既不……也不……、两者都不

 My apartment is neither big nor small. 我的公寓不大也不小

in addition to; in addition 此外、又、还

(注意：in addition to 这个词组是作介词使用，to后面要加名词性成分做宾语；而in addition在句子中单独做状语，一般后面加完整的句子，用逗号隔开)

e.g. In addition to intelligence, my name also symbolizes affluence and wealth. 除了智慧，我的名字也象征着富足和财富。

In addition, background music often foreshadows a change in mood. 此外，背景音乐往往预示着情绪的变化。

2. 表示转折关系：

But 但是

Yet 然而

While 而、然而（表示对比）

In fact 事实上、实际上

e.g. Yet, not all emoji are properly used on social media. 然而，并不是所有的表情符号都能被恰当地运用在社交媒体上。

    These houses look the same but in fact each of them is slightly different in size. 这些房子看起来一样，但实际上每座房子的大小都略有不同。

3. 表示因果关系：

So 所以

Thanks to 由于，幸亏

Therefore、Hence 因此，所以

Because、since、as、for因为（语气上because＞since＞as＞for）

On account of、because of  由于，因为（后面+名词/代词）

e.g. The flight was postponed on account of bad weather. 因为天气恶劣，飞行延期了。

4. 表示举例说明：For example 、like 、such as、namely例如

Take …for example 以......为例

（注意：口语中最常用的是like, 但like不能用在写作中。）

e.g. There are two problems: namely, the expense and the time.

5. 表示让步关系：

regardless of 不管

although, though 虽然，尽管

even if, even though 虽然，即使

as long as 只要
