　　6 forbid ：forbid somebody to do something。常见错误：forbid from doing something prep2 109

　　8 prescribe ：prescribe somebody something, prescribe something for somebody/something。 prep2 109
　　9 trick： a trick of doing something。 Prep 82
　　10.Compare to /with 在gmat考试中不是考点，意思一样prep2 57
　　11. divide over: if people divide over sth or if sth divides them, it causes strong disagreement between them. 例子：The democrats are divided over whether to admit him into their group。 Prep2 47
　　12 not so much that… as that… 与其说…不如说…，形式平行。
　　13 as be the case (with)…，是prep新出现的固定搭配，是as the case be的倒装表达，常见的错误用法有：as it be; than be the case; as in/with the case of等。Prep2 39

　　15on the ground(s)的两种常见用法：
　　on the ground(s) that…:解释 if you do sth on the grounds of a particular thing, that thing is the reason for your action.
　　例子The court overturned that decision on the grounds that the Prosecution has withheld crucial evidence.
　　on the ground(s) of +noun. 例子Owen was against it, on the grounds of expense prep2 11
　　16risk：-risk of doing sth, risk of sth(risk为名词), risk doing(risk为动词) prep2 9
　　17appear: appear当做系动词时，等于seem +形容词 appear to be something, appear that…. It Appears that Prep2 61
　　18 difference: difference in…..( between) be different from prep 143 140 112
　　19.possibility:have the possibility of doing something
　　20schedule: 常用被动，sth. be scheduled to… Prep 13
