托福听力场景总结（1）——办公时间对话

新托福考试听力部分常常考到的一个场景即办公时间对话，即发生在教授办公室中，教授与学生之间的对话。其主要内容包括“学生不理解某个概念或在作业上遇到问题；教授要求学生来办公室讨论项目进展情况，如学期论文、实验室作业或毕业论文；学生希望得到一份教授的推荐信或想听听职业建议。

根据以上语境，我们可以推测出办公时间的对话结构通常是出现问题——讨论解决办法——得出解决办法的结构。注意：教授有时会很乐意提供帮助，但有时候，教授会比较苛刻，因此出现不太愉快的结局。

我们以TPO16 Conversation2为例，该对话中学生的活动与考试时间冲突，于是发生了相关对话。我们在听听力时要注意把这种语境对应到上述结构中，以便更加清晰地掌握听对话内容。
