美国一些大学采取滚动录取Rolling招生政策，这些学校大多是大型公立大学。

特点是，学生可以在申请季开始后，任意时间向学校提交申请。

学校收到申请就评估，收到合格学生申请后，几周内就可做出录取决定。

不十分合格的学生申请，学校往往要很长时间才能答复结果。

学校会一直接受学生申请直到所有名额都被招满。

学生可以申请任意数目的Rolling学校，不受任何限制。

学生可以任意申请REA，ED， EA， RD学校。

采用Rolling的学校，最好的排名也在60名以后。

学生被录取，学生不必一定去报到。

是否接受录取，学校在录取后有明确通知。

很多大学由于人数限制，给滚动录取一定的申请截止日期。

These schools may have firm deadlines for other admissions-related opportunities, such as scholarships. Unranked schools, which did not meet certain criteria required by U.S. News to be numerically ranked, were not considered for this report.

ROLLING ADMISSION

This is an application program at some schools -- usually larger public universities -- in which applications are accepted, evaluated and decided upon as they are received. Applications are accepted until the college fills all of its spaces. There is no limit to the number of Rolling Admissions schools to which you can apply even if you apply to EA, ED or REA colleges.
