1，硬实力是基础
遇见新通的老师时，L同学是宁波诺丁汉大学金融财务与管理专业，本科大四在读。学生自身专业成绩突出，FAM专业，GPA4.0，GMAT760。
2，交换经历加分
L同学的本科院校为中英合作院校，在本科期间有交换学习经历，于英属哥伦比亚大学完成其大三第一学期课程。
3，丰富的实习实践经历
此外，L同学还有与所申请专业相关的学习及实习经历，优秀的专业成绩为其申请牛津金融专业提供了条件。L同学曾在东方金融广州分公司和10 Minutes With的实习经历，对她的申请很有帮助。
4，明确的职业规划
和大部分还处在迷茫中的大学生不同，L同学有着明确的职业规划。她的短期规划是在投行部做金融分析师，长期目标是进入投行部领导层，规划十分明确，也和申请的金融专业贴合。之后则主要讲述其对所申请专业的热爱及该专业能为其未来职业规划提供的帮助。
