一、专业概况

目前，世界各国沿用的法律体系基本上可分为二类：大陆法系和英美法系。中国内地采用的

是大陆法系。欧洲、亚洲的许多国家的法律都属于大陆法系。香港和英联邦国家采用的是英

美法系、英美法系又称英国法系、普通法系或判例法系。虽然有以上的诸多差异，但是中国

学生出国，通常选择的是如：国际法、知识产权法、海事法、国际商法等，所以申请和入学

都是不受法律体系限制的。

四、英国法律专业特点

学校经常组织学生参观英国着名的律师事务所、法庭及其他重要机构，如英国国会、伦敦劳

埃德船级社或伦敦证券交易所等。部分大学还安排校外课程，如去布鲁塞尔参观欧盟的法律

与政治机构。学生在获得英国的法学学位之后，还需要参加本国的职业课程，作为开业的实

习(期限通常为一年)，才能成为执业律师。

五、LLM和MSc或MA区别

专业背景不同：LLM一般必须有专业相关的背景才能申请

课程设置不同：LLM一般是专业的法律领域的某个课程，如商法，犯罪学，知识产权法等。

MSc则是法律与某一个别的课程的相交叉的课程，如伦敦政经的MScLaw

within the field of Commercial Law, for approval by the Law School. After

passing Part One of the programme, you start work on your dissertation for

submission by mid-September. You must pass both parts to obtain an LLM

and may not proceed to Part Two until you have passed Part One.
